Food Production Staff – Blackburn | Day & Afternoon Shift | Immediate Start
Staff Australia is seeking experienced Food Production Workers to join our client in Blackburn, a leading manufacturer of baked goods and bagels. With multiple vacancies available across day and afternoon shifts, this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and supportive team.
About the Role
You will be involved in hands-on production tasks, including:
Lifting bags of flour (12.5kg – 25kg) into mixers at waist height
Kneading dough and cutting it into lengths using a bread knife
Feeding dough into the bagel shaping machine
Pushing trolleys in and out of ovens and freezers
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
2+ years’ experience in a similar food production or GMP environment
Experience with mixing, batching, or dough handling
Ability to lift up to 25kg safely and consistently
Reliable transport and a strong, committed work ethic
Benefits
$32.21 p/hr – Day Shift
$37.15 p/hr – Afternoon Shift
Paid weekly
Monday to Friday roster
Shift times: 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm
Immediate start available
