Order Picker

Our client is a well-established retail organisation operating a high-volume warehouse and online fulfilment centre. They are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Warehouse Pickers within the online orders department.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners, following digital picking instructions, and ensuring items are correctly selected and processed for dispatch. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous picking experience preferably in a fast paced DC, strong accuracy skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workspace, along with the ability to perform under pressure, will be key to success in this role.

Hours:

Day shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm - $33.16 p/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing of orders using RF scanners

• Using electric ride on pallet mover (tugger)

• Manual handling - heavy lifting up to 20 kgs

• Stacking and wrapping of pallets

• Stock replenishment

• General warehouse duties as required
  

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Previous order picking experience in a fast paced large DC environment

• Previous experience with RF scanners and electric ride on pallet mover/tugger (highly advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet KPI's

• Reliable and punctual
