Field Marketing Specialist – EMEA Growth Markets
Contract: 6‑Month Fixed Term
 Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
 Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 (pro‑rata)
Overview of the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Field Marketing professional to support marketing operations across the EMEA Growth Markets. This is a 6‑month contract role, based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, reporting directly to the Demand Generation Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic B2B Marketer with strong experience in Account Based Marketing, CRM and campaign operations, email marketing, and event management. You should be a creative communicator, a strategic problem‑solver, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. A passion for creating meaningful customer experiences is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Account Based Marketing (ABM) and top‑account marketing strategy across all channels for EMEA Growth Markets.
Support the optimisation of CRM systems and campaign workflows to boost efficiency and ROI.
Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for the region.
Manage lead processes, ensuring data quality and optimisation.
Develop segmentation for digital marketing campaigns and lead‑nurturing programs.
Desired Experience
5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing position.
Demonstrated experience orchestrating and measuring a variety of marketing tactics, including ABM, email, and strategic events.
Strong CRM and campaign optimisation experience.
Experience managing both physical and virtual events.
Excellent analytical abilities and confidence working with data and analytics tools.
Highly collaborative, self‑motivated, and effective in cross‑functional environments.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem‑solve.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive working style.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Creative thinker capable of operating in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Degree in Marketing or Business with a strong academic record.
Experience working across global regions.
Familiarity with Salesforce and associated tools such as Slack.
