We are seeking an HR Knowledge & Content Specialist to support our Global HR Operations (Shared Services) by creating, improving, and maintaining the knowledge content needed to enable teams through our HR transformation. This role focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and user‑friendly documentation and ensuring our knowledge repository is fully refreshed and future‑ready.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and maintain high‑quality content supporting HR process and technology changes.
  • Manage and enhance the centralized knowledge base by identifying gaps, removing redundancies, and improving article usability.
  • Audit, update, and align HR knowledge articles with new systems and processes.
  • Understand employee behaviour and design content that meets user needs and improves their experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes with the ability to translate them into clear, structured content.
  • Skilled writer experienced in documentation and knowledge article creation for diverse audiences.
  • Effective communicator who can partner across HR, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • User‑centric thinker who can design content from the employee’s perspective.
  • Self‑starter who proactively collaborates to interpret process documentation and convert it into practical guidance.
  • Creative problem solver able to propose pragmatic, effective solutions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change.
  • Proven success supporting initiatives with competing timelines.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in content or documentation writing.
  • 2–4 years’ project or program management experience.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and in large organisations.

Desired Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud), Google Suite, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Participation in large‑scale transformation or knowledge management projects.
  • Experience in process documentation, training, or knowledge article development.
