Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading shopfitting company based in Dandenong, is seeking experienced and motivated Forklift Operators to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent hours and strong potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the warehouse team, your duties will include:

• Operating High Reach forklifts (approximately 30% of the role)
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving and despatching pallets
• Loading and unloading transport, ranging from 1-tonne vehicles through to B-doubles and containers
• Completing data entry and handling inventory documentation
• Performing manual handling and heavy lifting when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as part of a team-focused operation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF forklift licence with 2+ years’ experience
• Proven experience in accurate picking and packing
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• High levels of reliability, safety awareness, and attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
