Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock.

Location: Derrimut

Shift: 6AM – 2PM

Rate: $42ph

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory activities.
• Manage labour planning, resource allocation, and workflow priorities to achieve operational targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and warehouse staff.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace procedures and standards.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, housekeeping, and process compliance.
• Support performance management, attendance tracking, timecard reviews, and team development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

About You

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution centre operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Sound understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence highly regarded.
