The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end operational function across warehousing, logistics, distribution, customer service, inventory management and fulfilment.

Leading a sizeable workforce across multiple sites, you will champion operational excellence, continuous improvement and a high-performance culture while ensuring exceptional service delivery across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.

This role provides significant influence across the business and will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, systems landscape and customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead large-scale warehousing, distribution and fulfilment operations.
• Manage and inspire teams ranging from 10 to 100+ staff.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and labour optimisation.
• Drive productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance.
• Build and maintain a culture focused on accountability, safety and customer satisfaction.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Identify, lead and implement operational improvement initiatives.
• Drive efficiencies through data, reporting and technology.
• Develop meaningful KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Improve operational visibility and decision-making through stronger systems and reporting.
• Lead process redesign projects that support scalable growth.

Omnichannel Excellence

• Ensure seamless integration between retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations.
• Manage inventory availability across multiple sales channels and locations.
• Optimise fulfilment, distribution and customer service functions.
• Create efficiencies that enhance customer experience and profitability.

ERP & Technology Leadership

• Lead ERP optimisation and system enhancement projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational workflows.
• Support future technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• NetSuite experience will be highly regarded.

Safety & Compliance

• Provide visible leadership across workplace health and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance.
• Oversee audits, investigations and WHS initiatives.
• Ensure best practice safety systems are embedded across all operations.

About You

You are a commercially astute operations leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

You understand how to build high-performing teams, leverage data for decision-making and create operational environments where people and performance thrive.

You will likely bring:

• 5-10+ years in senior operational leadership positions
• Experience leading warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations
• Strong people leadership across multi-site environments
• Proven success improving systems, processes and operational performance
• Experience within omnichannel businesses servicing retail and online customers
• ERP implementation, optimisation or transformation experience
• Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable
Experience within the caravan, RV, outdoor recreation or consumer products sectors is advantageous; however, we welcome applications from leaders within:
