 Salary: €80,000 - €93,000 DOE

Are you passionate about SEO, digital content, and the latest AI-driven marketing strategies? We are seeking a Content Marketing Senior Analyst (SEO/AEO) to join a leading global technology organisation on a 12-month contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving organic growth across EMEA markets, helping to optimise content performance, improve search visibility, and generate demand through innovative digital marketing strategies.
The Role
Working within a high-performing digital marketing team, you will take ownership of local SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) initiatives across key European markets. Rather than creating content from scratch, your focus will be on localising, optimising, and enhancing existing content to maximise engagement and conversion.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and web production teams while leveraging AI tools and modern marketing technologies to drive scalable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local SEO and AEO strategies to increase organic visibility and lead generation
Manage relationships with external SEO agency partners
Optimise and localise digital content for specific markets and audiences
Partner with web teams to improve website performance and conversion rates
Analyse organic search performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Use AI tools to streamline content optimisation and improve efficiency
Lead and support digital marketing projects across multiple regions
Monitor industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
About You
3-5+ years' experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related field
Fluent English and fluent Italian or Spanish are essential
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation
Experience using tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, WordPress, or similar platforms
Confident using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or equivalent technologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Experience within a B2B, SaaS, or software-focused organisation
Previous exposure to large-scale international or multi-market marketing campaigns
Knowledge of Google algorithm updates and evolving search trends
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background in journalism, content writing, digital marketing, or communications
