French Speaking Business Development & Customer Experience Executive

Dublin 24 | €35,000 - €40,000 + Commission | Full-Time Permanent

Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for customer experience, sales, and technology? Our client is seeking an energetic and commercially minded professional to join their growing team in Dublin 24.

In this varied role, you will:

• Convert inbound leads into booked client visits across Ireland, Belgium and France.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, supporting clients both online and on-site.
• Manage CRM updates, client onboarding and lead follow-up activities.
• Work closely with AI-powered customer service tools, providing expert human support when required.

What we're looking for:

Fluent French and English (essential)
2+ years' experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, property or a similar client-facing environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience (HubSpot is an advantage)
AI-savvy candidate who is comfortable using AI tools and technology in a professional environment
