The Role
The Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure will take on a range of responsibilities including:
- Managing cost plans, budgets and valuations across project lifecycles
- Preparing bills of quantities, tender documents and cost estimates
- Conducting value engineering and cost control throughout projects
- Managing interim valuations, variations and final accounts
- Advising clients on procurement strategies and contractual matters
The Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure will bring:
- A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and cost planning
- Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
