An exciting opportunity to join a leader in AI and Machine Learning technology, focused on transforming customer reviews into actionable insights for brands and e-commerce companies. As a key player in a small team, you’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and drive innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a UX Designer, you’ll create intuitive digital experiences that tackle real user problems and deliver business value. You’ll engage with clients, stakeholders, and developers, transforming complex requirements into simple, effective designs from discovery to delivery.

The Role

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

The Person

• Experience in designing digital products with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working in a collaborative, evidence-led environment.
• Motivated by end-to-end ownership of UX design on innovative AI-driven products.
