As a UX Designer, you will be crucial in creating intuitive, accessible, and effective digital experiences. Your role involves understanding user needs, defining problems, exploring solutions, and turning complex requirements into clear, usable experiences. From conducting research and discovery to prototyping and delivery, you will shape products that are both useful and valuable.

The Role

• Plan and conduct user research including interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive user flows, information architectures, and interaction models.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and developers throughout the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to explore potential solutions.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps.

The Person

• Experience designing digital products with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Possesses a knowledgeable and thorough approach to UX problem-solving.
• Driven by the ability to work on good projects for known clients.
• Proficient in using Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
