Our Professional Services Department are recruiting for multiple roles across our new and existing business consultancy teams. We are looking to recruit a number of Application Consultants to help deliver an excellent customer experience via the provision of high quality, professional consultancy services. You will work to deliver and excellent customer experience and successful project implementation.

This is a consultancy role that will cover Payroll AND/OR HR for which knowledge and experience is essential.

These roles are on a home based contract, MHR head offices are located in Nottingham, however travel to customer sites MAY be required during the week. Whilst our MHR customer base covers the whole of the UK, we are actively promoting remote working.

• Provide high quality Payroll AND/OR HR consultancy services to customers and prospects to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
• Delivery of business change with support through technology
• Seek efficiencies and added value in all consultancy delivery
• Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation and evolution in best practice in order to maintain relevance and improve the services provided.
• Support the management team to ensure delivery of business plan
• Promote a positive image of MHR at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
