Quantity SurveyorA Quantity Surveyor is sought by an established construction consultancy in London. This Quantity Surveyor role offers the chance to manage commercial duties across a varied project portfolio, working closely with a collaborative commercial team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of cost management from pre-contract through to final account stage. This is a key hire, with the Quantity Surveyor reporting directly to senior commercial leadership.

The consultancy works across both public and private sector projects, offering exposure to a broad range of construction schemes.
The RoleThe Quantity Surveyor will oversee commercial management across a mixed portfolio, reporting to senior commercial staff and working closely with clients, contractors and design teams.
Preparing cost plans, budgets and tender documentation
Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
Supporting procurement and subcontractor appointments
Monitoring project costs and reporting commercial performance
Liaising with clients and project teams throughout delivery
The Quantity SurveyorThe successful Quantity Surveyor will bring proven pre- and post-contract experience gained within a consultancy or contracting environment.
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms
Confident managing cost reporting and commercial documentation
Relevant professional qualification desirable
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
In ReturnÂ£55,000 - Â£60,000 plus benefits including pension contributions, professional development support and clear progression within a growing commercial team.
