The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead a residential aged care home, driving excellence in clinical care, operational performance, compliance, and team leadership. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong aged care leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident outcomes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the residence, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
• Provide leadership across clinical governance, quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Oversee accreditation requirements, audits, incident management, and regulatory reporting.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Residence Manager within residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and clinical governance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading accreditation and quality improvement programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive performance, accountability, and resident-focused outcomes.
