Wearhouse Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records within ERP systems
• Supporting customers and the sales team with inventory, order status and product enquiries
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock control activities
• Coordinating with logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth product flow
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics or inventory-focused roles
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• A team-first attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
