As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the team’s success. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, with the support of a coaching model to ensure your growth and development within the company.
The Role
- Conduct 100 cold calls a day to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct interviews and manage recruitment projects efficiently.
- Utilise Bullhorn and Microsoft tools to manage client and candidate interactions.
- Contribute to achieving the team’s goal of becoming the top-performing unit.

- No formal qualifications necessary, but must be comfortable with cold calling.
- Hard-working and ambitious, with a drive to succeed in a high-performance environment.
- Motivated by earnings, commission, and the potential for career progression.
