In this role, you will be instrumental in building a specialist market, engaging actively with clients and candidates. You'll gain industry-leading training, benefit from a full onboarding process, and have a clear progression path to Director level, all while working towards significant budget milestones.

The Role

• Conduct high-volume cold calling with a target of 100 calls per day to build and manage a specialist market.
• Engage in active interviewing and project management to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.
• Utilise Microsoft tools and Bullhorn CRM to manage client and candidate relationships effectively.
