The Role

• Engage in business development through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up emails to build a pipeline of clients.
• Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, and negotiating offers.
• Develop expertise in your specialist market within engineering, energy, construction, or technology.
