As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for sourcing top talent and matching them with leading employers. This role offers extensive training and clear progression from associate to senior levels, with opportunities to specialise or move into leadership.
The RoleIdentify and engage with potential clients and candidates through sales calls and recruitment activities.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
Manage recruitment projects and administrative tasks efficiently.
Utilise CRM and other recruitment tools to track progress and manage relationships.
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve recruitment goals and targets.
The PersonStrong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone use.
