As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in our team's success by managing client relationships and driving sales. You'll receive comprehensive internal training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure you develop the skills needed to excel and progress to senior and managerial roles.
The RoleEngage in sales activities to drive client acquisition and retention.
Conduct interviews and effectively match candidates to roles.
Manage projects and coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish.
Utilise industry-standard tools like Bullhorn and Microsoft Office to streamline operations.
Achieve and exceed budget targets to contribute to team and company growth goals.
