As a Client Engagement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our department from 3 to 10 members. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business and managing client accounts, with on-the-job training and support to help you achieve your full potential.

The Role

• Engage in new business development by proactively reaching out to potential clients.
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Utilise the Bullhorn CRM system for efficient client and project management.

The Person

• Must possess GCSEs as a minimum qualification.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with some B2B experience.
• Driven by growth and motivated by the potential for high earnings.
