The Role

• Conducting 100 cold calls a day to source and engage potential candidates.
• Managing recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Must be comfortable with and enjoy making cold calls as a primary task.
• Hardworking and positive with excellent communication skills.
