Pay: €19.00 per hour
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm 
 Hybrid: 5 days in the office during training, moving to 3 days office / 2 days WFH thereafter
 Contract: 3-4 month contract with a view to permanency
 Start Date: ASAP
  
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Dublin 22. This is initially a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Must have experience in sales department and processing  customer orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
Entering and managing orders through SAP S/4HANA
Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
Coordinating with logistics and internal teams
Managing customer phone calls and providing excellent service
Processing credit/debit notes and supporting general sales administration
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
Previous experience in a Sales Order Processing role and Sales Administration role
Proven experience processing customer orders from start to finish
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident dealing with customers over the phone
Good Excel skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
SAP or SAP S/4HANA experience
Desirable
Salesforce experience
Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
