About the role
As a Learning Support Officer, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support student learning, wellbeing, and participation. You will provide classroom assistance, deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups, and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role plays an important part in helping students achieve their educational goals while fostering independence, confidence, and positive learning experiences.

You are a caring, patient, and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students to succeed. You build positive relationships with students, staff, and families, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team. You have a strong commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing, and child safety, and are able to support a diverse range of learning, behavioural, and wellbeing needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Child Safety and Mandatory Reporting Training.
