We are looking for a dedicated Live-In / Visiting Carer to join our team in Bath. Your primary duties will include assisting wonderful elderly local residents with daily living, managing medication routines, and acting as a tactical referee when two residents demand to watch different channels on the telly at 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

 Beverage Diplomacy: Prepare high-grade tea and toast strictly according to individual, non-negotiable resident specifications.
 Mobility & Personal Care: Safely assist clients with morning routines, dressing, and mobility, maintaining dignity and good humor at all times.
 Competitive Board Games: Deliberately lose at Scrabble and Dominoes in a believable manner.
 Medication Administration: Keep meticulous records of prescription schedules (no guesswork allowed).
 Conversation Support: Feign genuine surprise at historical anecdotes you heard yesterday.
Requirements:
 NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience).Valid UK Driver's Licence (essential for navigating narrow Bath country lanes).
 Ironclad patience and an empathetic, upbeat disposition.
 DBS clearance (we will process this for you).
