Job Title: CSR 1 – Call Center
Job duration: Temp (possibly through December 2025)
Recruiting: US - The work location can be anywhere in the US if they are available for the MT hours of operation.

CSR 1 – Monolingual: $18.81/hour

Hours of Operation: 8:00 to 5:00 PM MT - Monday thru Friday, State Holidays off.
Training: Tentative – June 23 thru July 8

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.
- Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
- Enrollment into health plans. Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
- Process disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via physical mail and or email notification.
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of experience.
