Join our clients distribution centre and become part of the team that keeps one of Australia's leading retailers moving. This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role where you'll use your high reach forklift skills, while also supporting a range of warehouse operations including RF scanning, decanting, cross dock, inbound and outbound tasks.

This is not a forklift-only position, so applicants must be happy working across all areas of the warehouse and contributing wherever needed. Hours:

Day Shift: 6am - 2pm
Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 10pm

Please note regular overtime is required in this role, you must have full availability Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and public holidays and full availability over the Christmas and New Year period.

Payrate:
For your first 3 months of training:

Day Shift: $37.13 p/hr
Afternoon Shift: $41.59 p/hr

After your first 3 months of training:

Day Shift: $41.11 p/hr
Afternoon Shift: $46.04 p/hr


Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently when required.
  • Complete RF scanning and accurately process stock movements.
  • Pick, pack and replenish stock.
  • Perform decanting and cross dock duties.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound freight operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets.

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Current LF Forklift Licence.
  • Previous high reach forklift experience.
  • A willingness to perform general warehouse duties – this is not a forklift-only role, and you will not be operating a forklift every day.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Exposure to decanting, cross dock, inbound and outbound warehouse functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Full working rights in Australia with full availability Monday- Friday, occasional Saturday's, public holidays and across the christmas and new year period.
