The Opportunity
As a Restoration Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering professional water damage restoration, mold remediation and drying solutions across a range of residential, commercial and strata properties.

Working alongside Restoration Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators, you'll be trusted to assess situations, implement remediation plans, monitor progress and ensure exceptional outcomes for clients.

No two days are the same. One day you may be managing a complex water-loss claim in a commercial building, while the next you could be helping a family restore their home following significant damage.

This role also includes participation in an after-hours emergency response roster, providing critical support when clients need us most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver water damage restoration and mould remediation works in line with industry best practice and IICRC standards
  • Install, monitor and adjust drying and remediation equipment
  • Conduct moisture inspections and assess restoration requirements on site
  • Maintain accurate job records, reports and documentation
  • Liaise with Restoration Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Provide guidance and support to trainee technicians when required
  • Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service
  • Participate in the on-call emergency response roster
