The Role

• Engage in sales activities, including cold calling and client meetings, to drive business growth.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Utilise Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn, and Outlook to manage client and candidate relationships effectively.
