**Role Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and proficient Software Engineer / IT Developer to join our dedicated team. In this integral role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of our software solutions, from initial design and development through to rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to architect and implement high-quality, reliable, and scalable software systems that directly impact our business operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional problem-solving acumen, a strong foundation in software development principles, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Full-Stack Development:** Design, develop, test, and maintain a diverse range of software solutions including responsive web applications, high-performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and custom internal tools.
- **Code Quality & Scalability:** Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and highly scalable code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- **Database Management:** Implement and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data storage, retrieval, and manipulation across relational and NoSQL databases.
- **API Integration:** Build robust RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption, and seamlessly integrate with a variety of third-party services and APIs.
- **Troubleshooting & Debugging:** Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend, backend, and deployment environments.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product management, design, and business stakeholders to deeply understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver pragmatic, user-centric solutions.
- **Engineering Excellence:** Actively participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and best practices.
- **System Optimization:** Enhance system performance, fortify application security, ensure high reliability, and architect for future scalability.
- **Cloud Operations & Support:** Contribute to cloud infrastructure deployment, monitor system health, and provide essential production support and incident management.
- **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, APIs, development processes, and architectural decisions.
