The Position

The General Manager will assume full responsibility for the overall performance of a significant business-to-consumer services operation, with accountability for commercial growth, operational delivery, customer experience and financial performance. Working closely with the senior leadership team, they will translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, ensuring the business continues to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Leading a diverse, multi-disciplinary management team, the successful candidate will drive operational effectiveness, strengthen organisational capability and foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. They will champion customer-centric innovation, optimise business processes and systems, and ensure the organisation is well positioned to capitalise on future growth opportunities while delivering exceptional value to customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring a proven record of executive leadership, commercial success, and operational excellence within a customer-centric organisation. While experience within consumer services such as, facilities management, hospitality, distribution, utilities, and/or similarly service-led sectors would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from outstanding leaders who have successfully delivered business transformation and sustainable growth within fast-paced, commercially driven environments.
