Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive work culture
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Manage talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and environment
