We are seeking an experienced Tax Accounting Team Lead to oversee tax accounting operations, manage a team of tax associates, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide strategic guidance on tax planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the tax accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Oversee preparation and filing of corporate and individual tax returns in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Review and approve tax schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct tax research and advise management on regulatory changes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors during tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax filings and reports.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align tax reporting with financial objectives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA certification required; CTA/CTP an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in financial services or auditing firms strongly preferred.
