Injection Moulding Die Setter

Staff Australia is currently seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Die Setter to join a leading manufacturer of pool and spa components based in Keysborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.

Multiple positions are available across afternoon and night shifts.

Shifts Available

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical position responsible for setting and optimising injection moulding equipment to ensure quality production outcomes.

Key duties include:

• Setting mould tools into injection moulding machines
• Operating overhead cranes safely and efficiently
• Adjusting machine settings and production parameters
• Troubleshooting production and tooling issues
• Monitoring product quality and production efficiency
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Mechanically minded with strong technical aptitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experienced in injection moulding die setting or similar manufacturing roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable and committed to building a long-term career

Candidates may also come from backgrounds such as:

• Trade Assistant
• Mechanic
• Apprentice or partially completed apprenticeship
• Manufacturing technician or machine setter
