Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance server-side applications using Node.js. Your expertise will be essential in building and optimizing APIs, integrating with databases, and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient backend systems. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and related frameworks.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases and third-party services.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).

Experience with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GraphQL and serverless architectures.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools.

Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
