As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line by performing maintenance tasks on critical equipment. This role offers a chance to deepen your expertise in a hands-on environment with strong training support.

The Role

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, motors, sensors, and control panels.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to reduce equipment downtime and optimise production processes.
  • Engage in on-the-job training, including shadowing experienced engineers and achieving equipment sign-off.

The Person

  • Multi-skilled in electromechanical maintenance with a minimum Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or City & Guilds).
  • Experience in maintenance roles, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to training in PLC systems and motivated by day shifts and a stable working environment.
