Our Client
We're partnering with a rapidly growing Australian business that designs, distributes, and services premium commercial equipment across the food and hospitality sector. Known for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service, the business continues to expand nationally and is now seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of its warehousing and logistics operations.

The Role

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely enjoys being on the warehouse floor, and is excited by the opportunity to build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation while remaining actively involved in warehouse activities. You'll drive efficiencies, maintain inventory accuracy, improve processes, and ensure outstanding service levels are delivered to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• hands on, leading and managing all warehouse and dispatch operations
• Leading from the front and supporting daily warehouse activities
• Building, mentoring, and developing warehouse staff
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and stock control
• Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing processes
• Maintaining workplace safety and compliance standards
• Working closely with operations and leadership teams to support business growth

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Operations Leader
• A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside your team
• Strong inventory management and warehouse operations experience
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Forklift Licence highly regarded
