The Opportunity
As the Clinical Governance Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical governance, quality, compliance, risk management, and workforce development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead a multidisciplinary clinical team while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Governance & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Care Partners and Registered Nurses
- Drive best-practice clinical governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and relevant legislation
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and professional support to care teams
Quality, Risk & Compliance
- Lead clinical audits, incident reviews, and quality improvement programs
- Oversee governance reporting and compliance processes
- Identify and manage clinical risks across service delivery
- Maintain robust documentation and reporting systems
- Foster a culture focused on excellence, safety, and accountability
Team Development
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical professionals
- Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments
- Build workforce capability and succession planning initiatives
- Champion a positive and collaborative team culture
Business Growth & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers and referral networks
- Identify opportunities to expand clinical services
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree qualification in Nursing
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Strong background in clinical governance, quality, compliance, and audits
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of aged care and or NDIS regulatory frameworks
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel across metropolitan Adelaide
Highly Regarded
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Management, Leadership, or a related field
- Experience growing clinical services or business development activities
- Knowledge of care management software platforms
- Established networks within the Adelaide healthcare and community care sectors
