Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate office supplies and vendor requests.
• Assist with data entry and record management.
• Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, and basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
