The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue across multiple industries.

You will take ownership of your market, identify opportunities, and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver outstanding workforce solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to account management
  • Conduct client meetings, networking events, and business presentations
  • Develop strategic workforce solutions that align with client needs
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship management
  • Partner closely with recruitment consultants to successfully deliver staffing solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management


About You


To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to winning new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in recruitment, workforce solutions, manufacturing, industrial, construction, professional services, or related industries will be highly regarded
