As a Warehouse Automation Specialist, you will spearhead the modernisation of warehouse systems to enhance throughput, accuracy, downtime, and safety. You’ll have the opportunity to implement rapid change in a collaborative environment, with minimal formal training but maximum scope to innovate and drive positive change.

The Role

• Implement and optimise automation solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on CAPEX projects and system improvements.
• Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations.

The Person

• Proven experience in implementing rapid change within an automated warehouse or intralogistics environment.
• Fluent in English and German, with local residency in Frankfurt.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to innovate while maintaining team harmony.
