Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Solutions Engineer (5+ years of experience) to bridge the gap between our complex technical product and our clients' business needs. In this role, you will act as the trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales and onboarding cycles. You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver tailored solutions that drive value for our customers and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre-Sales & Architecture
Discovery & Consultation: Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their existing architecture, pain points, and business goals.

Solution Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions utilizing our product suite to address complex customer requirements.

Proof of Concept (PoC): Own, scope, and execute PoCs and technical validations to prove the value of our platform to technical stakeholders (CTOs, Developers, Enterprise Architects).

Customer Engagement & Demos
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to both technical and executive audiences.

RFP/RFI Ownership: Lead the technical response for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and security questionnaires.

Technical Objections: Confidently address and overcome technical objections regarding integration, security, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration & Feedback Loops
Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing field feedback to help the Product and Engineering teams shape the product roadmap.

Sales Partnership: Partner closely with Account Executives to develop strategic account plans and meet quarterly revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering role (preferably in B2B SaaS/Cloud technologies).

Technical Proficiency: * Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and web technologies.

Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go).

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture (microservices, containers).

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and think creatively under pressure.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience working with Enterprise-level clients and navigating complex procurement/security reviews.

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data analytics tools.
