As a Client Engagement Manager, your primary role will involve securing major contracts that contribute to our ambitious growth targets. You’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving business development, with the support of formal training and induction processes to ensure your success.

The Role

  • Engage with clients to win multimillion-pound contracts.

  • Utilise Bullhorn and Ringover for client management and communication.

  • Contribute to the growth of the department and support company-wide turnover goals.

The Person

  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on high-value contracts.

  • Ambitious and performance-driven, with a clear desire to progress within the company.

  • Minimum of GCSE qualifications, with a preference for experience over formal education.
