Drive the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple distribution channels for a leading logistics and supply chain organisation. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Your leadership will be crucial in managing and developing a team of logistics and procurement professionals. Build and sustain strategic relationships with key suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Oversee contract negotiations and SLA management, ensuring performance aligns with organisational goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple distribution channels
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Manage and develop a team of logistics and procurement professionals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and third-party logistics providers
• Oversee contract negotiations and SLA management
• Produce regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function

Required Expertise
• Demonstrable experience in a senior supply chain or logistics management role
• Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management and distribution operations
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills
• Proficient in ERP and supply chain management systems

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent

Essential Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain or logistics management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry

• Team leadership and mentoring

• Change management capabilities
