About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and iteration. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market, translating customer problems into shipped features that move the metrics that matter. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both write a crisp spec and dig into the data to know whether it worked.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap for your product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Run discovery: talk to customers, analyse usage data, and pressure-test assumptions before committing engineering time
- Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria; partner daily with engineers and designers through delivery
- Define and track success metrics for everything you ship, and kill or rework features that don't perform
- Prioritise ruthlessly across competing demands, and communicate the "why" behind trade-offs to stakeholders
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support to launch features and feed insights back into the roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A track record of shipping features that demonstrably improved a metric (retention, activation, revenue, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in a data warehouse or BI tool, fluent with SQL a plus
- Excellent written communication; you can make a complex trade-off legible in a paragraph
- Customer empathy paired with commercial judgement — you know when to say no
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
Nice to Have
- Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Technical fluency (CS degree, former engineer, or strong working knowledge of APIs and data models)
- Experience with [your domain — e.g. recruitment, fintech, dev tools]
