What you'll do:

• Proficiency in networking protocols, server management, network security practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), application delivery platforms, and database design is expected.
• Demonstrated expertise in agile software development lifecycle methodologies such as DevOps along with proven programming skills (C#, Java or similar languages) is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT governance frameworks, industry regulations (including data privacy laws), risk management strategies, disaster recovery planning and business continuity design is vital.
• Strong analytical acumen with a track record of simplifying complex problems into actionable plans that minimise risks while maximising value is important for this role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to inspire teams through coaching/mentoring while effectively communicating visionary ideas across all levels are required.
• Experience managing vendor relationships including evaluation/selection processes as well as negotiating service level agreements is advantageous for this position.
