Account Executive

We're looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and turn our pipeline into closed revenue.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you will own end-to-end deal execution, qualification, discovery, demo, commercial negotiation and close , for new agency accounts. You will inherit a warm, inbound-heavy pipeline (we haven't made a cold call in two years) and be responsible for converting it efficiently while building the muscle to expand into outbound as we scale.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signature, typically 30–90 days, against a mix of SMB agencies and multi-seat enterprise deals.
- Run sharp, consultative demos that map Atlas to how a specific agency actually recruits, not a generic feature tour.
You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years closing B2B SaaS, ideally selling into recruitment, HR tech, or to agencies directly.
- Carry and consistently hit a quota in the £500k–£1.5M ARR range, with deal sizes from single seats to 50+.
