As the Head of Field Service Operations, you will lead all field-based operations across the UK and Ireland, ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale Reverse Vending Machine rollout. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious market goals, offering you the chance to set the tone and build the field operation from the ground up.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a national field operations function, supporting Field Operations Managers and regional engineering teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of a large-scale installation programme, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
  • Ensure field service operations meet customer SLAs and operational performance standards consistently.
  • Drive workforce planning, recruitment, and development to support rollout and ongoing service demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise field performance and ensure compliance with standards and legislation.

The Person

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region field service or installation operations.
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness with a hands-on approach to leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing regional leadership teams and large field-based engineering workforces.
  • Ability to drive operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
