Location: Plymouth, Devon (on-site)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production line machinery to meet daily output targets
• Carry out quality checks on products throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support packaging, labelling, and dispatch operations
• Report equipment faults and assist with basic maintenance tasks

Required Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including early mornings and weekends

Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach)
• Basic food hygiene certificate (Level 2)
• Experience using handheld scanning equipment
